Our preferred working agreement involves a mid to long term retainer obligating Blackpoint to;
- Participate as a senior advisor or virtual board member for your company, attend regular business review meetings, monitor performance, identify opportunities, and develop and plan business building initiatives
- Execute specific initiatives on an independent project basis or working with company personnel.
Blackpoint offers non-US based exporters the opportunity to analyze and explore market potential in North American marketplace. Blackpoint also provides long-term "hands on" management to execute resulting plans, including marketing, sales, administrative and general management, public warehousing, shipping, billing and collections.
